Not surprising to see this after we saw the karate-kicking, sword-weilding humanoid robots exhibited earlier this year. On the one hand I think its a shame there can't be open sharing of technology developments in robotics, but on the other hand we know that weaponisation is inevitable so there needs to be control of robotic technology development - both inbound and outbound.
